Welcome to
the Enrolled Nurse Professional Association NSW
(Registered Nurse Division
2)
The Enrolled
Nurse Professional Association (ENPA NSW) the peak
consultative body for enrolled nursing in NSW and on behalf of the executive, if you are an enrolled
nurse (EN) or trainee enrolled nurse, I would like to invite you to
join this progressive organisation and
participate in the enhancement of your career; for all other interested
parties ENPA NSW hope you gain further insight into the role
of an EN and the vital part they play in todays health care
environment.
Whether you join the association or are just
interested in viewing our pages, you will become part of an expanding
network of nurses (registered and training) who through their efforts
both in the workplace and as members of ENPA are working to ensure that
the EN role is strengthened both educationally and
professionally.
The health care working environment is changing
so fast, it is essential all nurses continue to maintain or improve
their status and skills within the workforce by continuing education and
professional focus as a group. It also a professional requirement for
re- registration !
The Enrolled Nurse Professional Association of
New South Wales was formed in 1994 by enrolled nurses who believe a
higher standard of their career status is achievable in this current
climate by joining together within ENPA NSW as an association to pursue
their own professional standing.
Since formation, ENPA NSW have
found we are welcomed in many professional consultative forums and
indeed have forged very strong links with regulators, unions, educators
and employers.
Thank you again for visiting
this site and please come back again.
